A dynamic professional with more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate Valuations and Construction Industry (more than 7 years in Real Estate Valuations and 3 years in Project Management). Member of Professional Institutions like RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and IOV (Institution of Valuers).
Last assignment as Zonal Technical Manager, New Delhi with ICICI bank (Handled States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka prior to taking up New Delhi). Has previous experience of working in Dubai, UAE with two MNCs Mammut Technocrete and Doosan Heavy Industries and Constructions.Pursued his Post Graduation in “Advanced Construction Management” from National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune in 2007 and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from GITAM, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 2005.

Obula Reddy M

Kalyan Boyina has more than 11 years of professional experience in serving different industry sectors. He currently serves as Manager in KPMG's Major Projects Advisory practice. His diverse experience includes Project Execution, Planning, Billing, and Project & Program Management in varied sectors that include Real Estate, Hydrocarbon Mid & down Stream Projects, Petrochemical & Steel Plant Construction, giving him an advantage of knowledge from diverse project environments. He is proficient in Project Management tools like Primavera & MS Project.

Dubbaraju CH, is an Architect having more than 10 years of experience in Architectural & Interior Projects, And also Associate Member in Indian Institute of Architects & Fellow in Indian institute of Valuers from Pune Pursued his Post Graduation in “Environmental Design” from JNAFAU, Hyderabad in 2013 and Bachelor of Architecture from CSIIT, Secunderabad, in 2005 Professional Training in Energy Conservation building Code from ASCI, Hyderabad
